Maskless photochemical micropatterning

We have developed a straightforward method for creating large-area, microscale resolution patterns of functional amines on self-assembled monolayers. The technique utilizes flat elastomeric stamp enriched with photoacid and HD-DVD optical pickup to locally deprotect the N-Boc groups and form chemical patterns with resolution below 10µm.
